Kevin Visser to Present at the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers Seminar
The Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers is hosting its 63rd Annual Seminar Feb. 27-28 in Des Moines. This prestigious educational opportunity features trial lawyers and members of the judiciary from across the state. Attorney Kevin Visser with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC, will be co-presenting “Employment Law Issues” alongside Nathan Borland of Timmer, Judkins & Borland, P.L.L.C. on day two of the event.
Mr. Visser is known for his extensive trial experience and how he handles the appeals from such decisions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Visser has served as lead counsel in over 160 federal cases and several hundred state court cases. His practice focuses on a wide range of complex legal issues including business torts, shareholder disputes, ownership or use of intellectual property, and employment issues. Mr. Visser’s experience spans over numerous industries including renewable energy, finance, insurance, transportation, and agriculture, with his cases resulting in verdicts or judgments for his clients of more than $77 million.
