Kyle Wilcox Leads 2021 ISBA Taxation Section Legislative Committee
Attorney Kyle Wilcox has been appointed as Chairman of the Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA) Taxation Section Legislative Committee for 2021. In this role, Mr. Wilcox will work with tax section committee members to analyze proposed Iowa tax law regulations and legislation. The committee will determine if any new tax laws under consideration by the Iowa General Assembly should be endorsed by the Iowa Bar Association and whether any changes to the legislation should be considered prior to enactment.
Mr. Wilcox is a member Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he counsels individuals with matters relating to estate planning, wills, probate and tax law. He is very active in the ISBA, also holding memberships in the Probate, Trust & Estate Planning Law Section and the Elder Law Section. Mr. Wilcox is a member of the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel and the Cedar Rapids Area Estate Planning Council. He is a frequent presenter on estate planning and tax topics.
