Kyle Wilcox to Present at Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel Annual Meeting
Attorney Kyle Wilcox will be presenting at the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel Annual Meeting on October 26 in Des Moines. He will share how the newly released 199A regulations regarding qualified business income tax deduction will impact business owners, sole proprietors, partnership and LLC owners, s-corporation shareholders, and trust and estates.
Mr. Wilcox is a member at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he practices in the Estate Planning, Probate, Tax, and General Corporate and Business Law practice groups. Mr. Wilcox has been with the firm for twelve years and is a regular presenter at many industry and community events.
