Madeline Hartley Set to Present on the Corporate Transparency Act
Attorney Madeline Hartley will be presenting a webinar to the members of the Iowa Trust Association on Thursday, March 21 at 10:00 AM. Ms. Hartley will provide an overview of the Corporate Transparency Act, including what entities are impacted, what information is reported to FinCEN, timing for filing initial and updated reports, and applicability to trusts. Ms. Hartley is an attorney at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where she advises clients in the areas of estate planning and private wealth, agriculture law, business transactions, tax law, commercial litigation, and real estate. She is also a member of the Firm’s Corporate Transparency Act compliance team and helps advise clients in connection with the Act.
