Matt Brandes Recognized at the Iowa Supreme Court's Honors Luncheon
Attorney Matthew J. Brandes, was a recipient of the “Voices for Justice” award at the Iowa Supreme Court’s Honors Luncheon held in conjunction with the Iowa State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in Des Moines. This is the first year for the award. Eight honorees were selected to recognize legal careers marked by outstanding service to the Iowa Judicial Branch and the cause of justice. Mr. Brandes accepted this award on June 20 in front of colleagues and fellow legal professionals from the State of Iowa.
Mr. Brandes joined Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC in 1985 and is a senior member of the firm’s family law practice group. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. His work has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Great Plains Super Lawyers.
