Paul Morf, Stephen Larson and Madeline Hartley to Present at the Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel Annual Meeting

The Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel (IATEC) Annual Meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 8th at the Hotel Fort Des Moines. Founding member and president of the IATEC, Paul Morf will serve on the blue ribbon panel. Additional Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC attorneys, Stephen Larson and Madeline Hartley, will be presenting on the Corporate Transparency Act.

The Iowa Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel is an Iowa non-profit seeking to foster cooperation and collective discussions among trust and estate attorneys, trust officers, law professors, and other interested professionals in Iowa concerning estate and business succession. Membership is limited to 250 Iowa attorneys and is only available by invitation from the board of directors.
