Porter and Hartley to Present at ACC Corporate Counsel Forum

The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Iowa Chapter annual Corporate Counsel Forum is scheduled for Friday, June 7, 2024 at Drake Law School in Des Moines. Attorney Joe Porter will be recapping recent Iowa Supreme Court Ethics Opinions and attorney Madeline Hartley will provide an update on the Corporate Transparency Act.

Mr. Porter is a litigation attorney practicing in business and commercial litigation, banking and finance, bankruptcy and real estate law. He has been with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC since 2020. 

Ms. Hartley is transactional attorney advising clients in the areas of estate planning and private wealth, agriculture law, business transactions, tax law, commercial litigation, and real estate. She is also a member of the Firm’s Corporate Transparency Act compliance team and helps advise clients in connection with the Act.
