Scholer and Wilcox Fellows of the Iowa State Bar Foundation
Randy Scholer and Kyle Wilcox have been invited to join the Iowa State Bar Foundation. Fellowship in the Foundation is limited to less than five percent of the ISBA membership and is by invitation only. Members chosen have demonstrated adherence to the highest principles and traditions of the legal profession as well as service to their respective communities.
Mr. Scholer is a member with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC (SPMB) where he represents clients in matters relating to business transactions and counseling, mergers, acquisitions, real estate development, municipal law and wealth transfers. Mr. Wilcox is also a member of SPMB where he has been counseling individuals for over 15 years with matters relating to estate planning, wills, probate and tax law.
Other SPMB attorneys serving as Fellows for the Foundation are: Darrel Morf, Scott Bogguss, Eric Lam, Matthew Brandes, Paul Morf, Larry Gutz and Stephen Holtman.
