SPMB Welcomes Attorney Annie Hardin
Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC is pleased to welcome Annie M. Hardin to the firm. Annie is a litigation attorney practicing primarily in business and commercial litigation, insurance defense and coverage, and personal injury defense.
Annie was raised in Cedar Rapids. She attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL where she earned her BA, summa cum laude, in 2011. Annie went on to earn her JD from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2015. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2016. For a significant portion of her career, Annie worked as in-house counsel for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in Chicago, IL as an associate trial attorney. Annie led five cases to verdict in Cook County during her tenure at State Farm.
In 2023, Annie was admitted to the Iowa Bar and has moved back to her roots where she is reengaging with her family and community. Annie is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Linn County Bar Association, DRI Association of Civil Defense Attorneys and serves on the board of directors for CSPS Hall, Inc.
