DeBoom Joins National Association of Bond Lawyers

Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC attorney Thomas DeBoom has joined the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL). The NABL is a specialty bar association of approximately 2,700 attorneys from across the country who represent participants in public finance transactions. It was established in 1979 to promote the integrity of the municipal market by advancing the understanding of and compliance with the law affecting public finance and provides its members with a forum for the exchange of ideas.

Mr. DeBoom has offered a wide range of corporate law services to companies for more than 20 years. He counsels clients on matters such as sales and purchases of equity interests, securities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, ESOP transactions, profit sharing and deferred compensation arrangements, both ERISA-qualified and non-qualified, and business contracts, consulting and planning.
