Travis Cavanaugh Graduates from the Heart of America Fellows Institute
Attorney Travis Cavanaugh recently graduated from the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. The 2023-2024 class was made up of twenty-five trust and estate planning attorneys from across America’s Heartland that were nominated by a ACTEC Fellow to participate. Mr. Cavanaugh is one of five graduates from the State of Iowa.
The Heart of America Fellows Institute was created by Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel located in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa, and Nebraska to develop the profession’s future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations. Mr. Cavanaugh participated in three educational sessions beginning in December 2023 and concluding in May 2024.
Mr. Cavanaugh is in his 12th year at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he advises individuals and business clients regarding estate and wealth transfer planning, general business and corporate law, and tax matters.
