Thomas DeBoom is a business and transactional attorney with Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC. Mr. DeBoom has offered a wide range of corporate law services to companies for more than 20 years. He understands the complexities of acquiring or forming a business, including financing options, governance and tax ramifications associated with the varying transactions. Mr. DeBoom counsels clients on matters such as sales and purchases of equity interests, securities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, ESOP transactions, profit sharing and deferred compensation arrangements, both ERISA-qualified and non-qualified, and business contracts, consulting and planning. Mr. DeBoom also serves on the firm's board of directors.
